The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery time: 4-8 working days
Shipping time depends on the method you choose:
Free standard shipping for orders $37 or more
Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD (4-8 business days)
Expedited Shipping: $9.99 USD (2-6 business days)
Final shipping charges vary by country or region. We work with USPS/FedEX/DHL/UPS
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. The actual delivery time is subject to the official website/notice of the logistics company.
Shipping Notice
1. Fancyhey is not responsible for the packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.
2. For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries, you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
3. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4. Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and global supply chain disruptions, your order may be delayed by up to 3-7 days. Though some things are out of our control, we are doing everything to ensure a speedy delivery!
